Change of Mind

In the event you have changed your mind about an item that you purchased from us, these can either be exchanged or a credit note provided. These will only be given within 30 days of purchase & on production of the original receipt (or other proof of purchase). We do not offer cash refunds when orders are cancelled due to change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory right under the Sales of Goods act 1979.

By making a purchase with ourselves (C&T Exotics Ltd), you are agreeing to these terms.

Faults

If you discover you have purchased a faulty item, we want to know about it. Please return it with your original receipt (or other proof of purchase).

If the fault was pointed out at the point of purchase, the item is non-returnable.

If the item is faulty and this was not pointed out at the point of purchase, a refund may be given.

Animals

All animals sold by us at C&T Exotics come with a species-specific health guarantee unless stated otherwise. If an animal passes away or falls ill with the guarantee period, and this is proven to be a fault of C&T Exotics, we will replace the animal free of charge. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be given. We may request for the animal to see an exotic specialist veterinarian to receive a professional opinion before a replacement or refund is provided. A necropsy repost may be requested.

Amphibians: 48 hours
Invertebrates: 24 hours
Mammals: 72 hours
